Temporary Column Sorting

You can quickly sort the Filtered Activities list by any column for the current viewing session.

• Click on the column header of the column you wish to sort by (e.g., Status or Assigned To).
• An arrow will display to indicate the sort is ascending or descending
• This sort order is only temporary. If you collapse the section and expand it again (or close and open the Activity), the list will revert back to the default sort order, which is typically by Due Date.

Customizing and Setting Default Layout

The Settings cog icon provides new functionality to customize the column display and set a permanent default sort order that persists after leaving and returning to the section.

Customizing Columns

By clicking the Settings cog, you can adjust the content and structure of your table.

• Change Content: Click on the column title and select from a list of available fields to change the data displayed in a column.
• Add/Delete Columns: Click on the three-dots overflow menu, and you can add a new column before or after an existing one, or delete a column.
• Resize Columns: Drag the bar between columns to make a column wider or narrower.
• Adjust Sort Order: Clicking the two-arrows icon on the column you want to sort by. Click once for ascending, twice for descending, three times to remove the sort (and revert back to Due Date default)

Click the check icon to save these changes in the settings.

Result: The new setting (e.g., sorting by Status) will become the default. If you then temporarily sort by a different column (e.g., Assigned To), the list will revert to your saved default (Status) when you close and re-expand the section.
