Multi-section activity features

The multi-section activities are highly configurable.

Overflow menu

Open this menu using the three-dots menu at the top right. Some of the options include: Add section and Restrict, which will limit who else can configure this activity.

Settings

Access this via the Section "+" menu

Each section can be configured to;

• Edit title
• Move section position
• Default to expanded/collapsed when the activity is open
• Delete a Section
• Change the color

Edit Layout

Also accessed via the Section "+" menu

• Resize an element by using the mouse to grab the bottom-right corner and drag

Linked Activities (in Projects, Reports, Tier Boards, etc) 

• New or linked activities will have a Start date
• All linked Activities in A3 Calendar View will display a tooltip with Start and Due date for an activity. This displays when the mouse icon hovers over the coloured bar. 
• Dependencies between activities can be shown in the A3 calendar view. To show a dependency, click on the coloured bar of one activity, and drag the circle to the dependent activity.  

How To make an A3 single column

Extra: 

• Delete all sections in the right hand column to create a 1 column Report
• Linked activities are listed in "Due Date" order
• Click on the dependency "link" to remove. "How To" in Calendar View video above.
• "Unlink" a linked Activity or Goal
