Create an A3 Report
1. Click on "New Activity" icon to open the activities tray to select A3 report / Project.

2. Enter Summary Title, Responsible Team member & Category (minimum detail), then select "Next" to display the Project template.

3. Click on the "add" icon in the section banner to open the toolkit to enable adding a selection of data.

4. Tips for best practice
- Add/Edit/delete A3 sections and titles
- Add/ Remove dependencies
- Link activities (new or existing)
- New or Linked activities will have a Start date
- Link to Goals
- Add Improvement Idea (cost saving) link to Goal
- Add Team or cross functional participants
- Select "Text" to add a hyperlink
- Display a Report
- Create a Table

Extra:
- Linked activities are listed in "Due Date" order
- "Unlink" a linked Activity or Goal
