Create an A3 Report

1. Click on "New Activity" icon to open the activities tray to select A3 report / Project.

2. Enter Summary Title, Responsible Team member & Category (minimum detail), then select "Next" to display the Project template.

3. Click on the "add" icon in the section banner to open the toolkit to enable adding a selection of data.

4. Tips for best practice

  • Add/Edit/delete A3 sections and titles
  • Add/ Remove dependencies
  • Link activities (new or existing)
  • New or Linked activities will have a Start date
  • Link to Goals
  • Add Improvement Idea (cost saving) link to Goal
  • Add Team or cross functional participants 
  • Select "Text" to add a hyperlink
  • Display a Report
  • Create a Table

Extra: 

  • Linked activities are listed in "Due Date" order
  • "Unlink" a linked Activity or Goal
