Tier Boards

Custom build your daily meeting agenda into a live Tier Board. Add or build the options below to provide visibility and/or capture the information to share. 

Tier Board set up

You can edit the Tier Board sections Add/edit/delete A3 sections and titles 

Dashboard Layout 

 Open the + options in the section header to turn your agenda into "Dashboard Layout". Resize, drag and drop all activity types, images, reports, documents, tables and text, etc. Once set up you must open "Save Layout". You can switch between "Layout Mode" and "Default Layout" at any time.

  • Embeddable Reports - add an existing Report (Safety Cross, Quality Report) etc. 
  • Table building - build, protect, snapshot & clear data
  • Mirror Tables - build a table to report (Line efficiencies, targets) etc.
  • Measures - build a key performance indicator to measure (input, output, outcome & impact) etc.
  • Linked activities - Link any activity as an agenda item or simply add a new activity in real time. Any linked activity will have a Start date.
  • Embed live spreadsheet or PowerBI report
