How to search for Activities.

You can refine the list of activities on the main Activities list by selecting;

  • Team Member
  • Main filter (New, To Do, Overdue)
  • Category
  • Activity Type
  • Status
  • Priority


2. Search - Select the looking glass icon (top right). A text keyword search is available (which scans Summary and Details) and also Filters to find all matching activities.



After configuring the filters you can Save Search. This will save for you only (no one else has access to this saved search) and you can select to run it again in the future without needing to configure the filters again.


An Export Data option to export your matching activities to a csv file.

Filtered Activities is a type of Saved Search that can be embedded in Dashboard and Tier Boards. This will maintain a live list of activities that match the filters, without needing to manually configure or update.
