Save a table
Snapshot, and Snapshot & Clear, will save the current version of a table in an archive. All historical versions can be revisited, and even restored. A simple use case is a table that is filled out each weekly, where you can keep a copy at the end of the week, and clear to start fresh on Monday.
1. Open a table in full-screen and click on the three dots menu
2. The options include:
- Snapshot: save a version of the table, but don't do anything else.
- Snapshot & clear: save a version of the table, then clear all unprotected table data.
3. Each snapshot is saved as a version, which can be recalled and displayed using the three dots menu -> View snapshots.
4. While viewing a previous version, there is an option to restore that version.
