Link an Activity or Checklist

After raising an Activity such as a Safety Incident, it's important to follow-up so that a recurrence can be prevented. This is achieved by linking an Activity or Checklist.

1. Go to the Activity that needs follow up and click on the red circle with the link icon

2. Select the appropriate follow-up Activity or Checklist. It could be a Five Why Analysis (for root-cause analysis) or an Improvement, or any other Activity type.

3. Fill in the details and Save

The activities are then linked, and anyone that views either of these has full context of the situation.
