Read-only setting for an Activity

Make an Activity read only for most Team Members. The overflow menu (3 dots, top right) has an option to Restrict an activity. This will add an icon to indicate it is restricted (a circle with a line through it).

When an activity is restricted, only the Raiser, Assignee and Participants can edit. Other team members can view the activity and click through to linked activities etc.

Restrict a template By request an Activity type can default to restricted. That means that any activity raised of that Activity Type will automatically be restricted.
