What are in-app notifications?

In-app notifications are messages that appear inside TeamAssurance that are relevant to you.

How do in-app notifications work?

In-app notifications are triggered by certain events, such as a change of assignee, status or due date, a new comment, or a new task. When an event is triggered, the app adds a count on the bell icon.

Click on the bell to see the details, which are displayed as a list in a slide out panel.

How to disable email notifications

While in-app notifications are always on, you can stop these same notifications being sent as an email. If you would like to disable email notifications, you can do so in your Settings and Preferences.
