Conditional formatting on a Measure series

Conditional formatting makes it easy to highlight specific values or identify a trend. You can change the appearance of a chart entry based on a condition you set.

Available on: Multiline Measure

Format options: Change color, Flag (or both)

Setting a Condition

On the Measure template (MTP), each multiline series has a Conditional option behind the 3 dots menu

Change color

Set the condition (Left hand side "If"), then check the box on the right for Change Color and SAVE.

In the example below, all entries will be blue (Unmatched condition), but if an entry is Less than or equal to 99, the chart (e.g. Bar or Line) will change to the selected color: red.

Flag

In the example below, if an entry matches the condition 3 times in a row, a flag will be displayed on the chart.

Click on the flag to make a Note or Link an Activity.
