Setup

1. Open the checklist template and click on the three dots menu. Select the option Make Public

This is not available by default. Contact Support to enable this in your account.

2. Download the QR Code or Copy Link. Display the QR code in a location where people can scan it, or send the link by email.

Access the Public checklist

When a person scans the QR code or clicks on the link, a checklist will display. Note that it does not include a few of the usual checklist fields such as Due Date, Assignee or Status.

4. The person then submits the checklist. They will see a message: Thanks for participating. This browser can now be closed. This message is generic and cannot be changed.

Completed checklists

5. All submitted checklists will be appear in the list, and can be viewed, the data exported, etc

Note: The Team Member that created the checklist template will always be the Assignee. This is because the user completing it does not have a login, and therefore is unknown to the system. It is suggested to include a field where the person can fill in their details (name, company etc) so that you can identify them if this is required.
