Assign a Default Assignee for a Team

The Default Assignee is the first person shown in the row of Team member photos. There is a vertical line between the Default Assignee and Team members. 

Why select a Default Assignee

• This is the default "Assign To" in Team raised activities
• They are notified on any "Shared To" Team activities
• Visibility to everyone in the organisation

An Admin user can assign, and reassign, the Default Assignee for a Team.

1. In Activities, select the relevant Team.

2. Next to the Team members photos, click on the 3 dots and select Add or Remove Team Members

3. Click the 'more' dots next to the person you want to assign as the Default Assignee . Select Default Assignee (some sites may display the legacy label Make Team Leader)
