Custom Activity Type
There are a number of Customisation options. Each of these requires setup through the support team (support@teamassurance.com).
1. Remove any Activity Type that will not be used
2. Customise a default Activity Type
3. Add a new Activity Type
1. Remove any Activity Type that will not be used
If an Activity Type is not required, it can be removed. For example, if there is an existing Maintenance System, then Maintenance Task may not be required and can be removed.
2. Customise a default Activity type.
That includes name of the Activity Type, prefix, icon, description, name and prefix: e.g. instead of A3 Report (A3-123), it can be named Problem Solving Activity (PSA-123)
Activity prefix: Ideally 3 characters, but 2-4 is acceptable
Icon: consider that it will be displayed as various resolutions (24x24px, 32x32px, 48x48px)
Description: The text that is displayed under the Activity type in the New Activity tray and Linking tray
3. Add a new Activity Type
Sometimes the default Activity type aren't enough. You can add your own Activity Type. This needs to be based on an existing Activity Type.
Example: Introduce a new type KATA based on the A3 Report
Templated content: For example, pre-populate any section with text, an image, a table etc

- Custom activity types can be searched and filtered
- Reports include custom activity types
