QR Code - Checklists

Checklist templates have a QR code behind the 3 dots menu. Checklist templates can be accessed by Checklist Admin's. Download, print and place wherever the checklist needs to be done, e.g. daily Operations, Prestart, AM, PM type checks

1. Go to Checklists screen and Templates tab

2. Select a Template and open 3 dot menu. Select QR Code to reveal and download the image. Print and place

Note: 

  • You must be an active member of the TeamAssurance site to start a new checklist 
  • A new checklist is generated each time the QR code is scanned by an active member
  • Great for Prestart, AM, PM type checks
