Multiple Site access / Site Switcher
Note: this does not apply to single Site instances
Many organisations have multiple instances of TeamAssurance. This is to separate the data between sites or divisions, and keep teams focussed where they need to focus. However there will be users that need to access two or more sites, and the easiest way is to use the Site Switcher. Then with one login you can access multiple sites (or locations, or divisions).
This is found in the side menu. Your primary site is listed first, then all other sites in alphabetical order. Simply select the relevant site and that site's data will be displayed.

Multiple Site Access
To Add a user to 2 or more Sites; in the side menu select Team Members -> User (pic below) -> Add Site -> select Site -> Next -> select Team(s) -> Save. Add permission(s) and exit.
To Remove a user from a Site; in the side menu select Team Members -> User (pic below) select remove on the right hand side of the Site. If removing a user from a Home Site you must select another Home Site first.

Note: Logging in will always default to your selected Home Site. We suggest you select the Site where you spend most of your time.
