Reset Password
Note: Single-sign on (SSO) users cannot reset their password through TeamAssurance. They will need to manage this directly on their SSO account (e.g. Microsoft).
Reset or change your own password
Anyone with an email address can reset their own password by clicking on the "Forgot username or password?" link on the login page.

You'll then have the opportunity to set a new password.
Admin - reset password
Admins can reset the password for any user.
1. Open the side menu and select Team Members

- Select a Team Member

3. Click the Reset Password button and confirm the password reset.

4a. For people with an email address, they will be immediately sent the login details including a temporary password. On first login, they will be prompted to select a new password

4b. For people without an email address, the admin will be presented with the details to pass on. COPY LOGIN DETAILS and send another way (e.g. paste into Microsoft Teams or Slack).
