Build or edit a Checklist Template
To start using Checklists, you'll first need to build a template from which the Checklist follows. This Template is the standard for that checklist. Start with a blank form (template) and add sections, questions and answers. See the video for a brief overview (6 mins).
Go to Checklists > Templates tab (requires Checklist Admin role) to create a new Checklist Template.
Checklist templates features include:
- Set Overdue after X hours, days, weeks or months
- Add any number of questions
- Make a question mandatory
- Sections for blocks of questions
- A section can be made optional, so that the person completing the checklist can mark the section (and all the questions) as 'Not applicable'. Even if a question is mandatory, it will be ignored. If there is scoring, the scoring will be be excluded from totals.
