Safety first

Safety-related behaviour observations encourage and reinforce the right behaviours. Ask each team member to raise a positive safety behaviour observation of another team member. This takes less than a minute.

Team meeting

Next, review these behaviour observations at your next shift meeting. If you're not holding these yet, gather the team for a few minutes at the start of the shift to review anything raised in the last 24 hours.

Escalations

When an activity needs to be escalated, you can simply share the activity to the relevant team on TeamAssurance. The activity will then appear in both your Team's feed and the other team's feed.
