Escalations

The 'Share to' field can be used to share best practices with other teams, for collaboration, but also to escalate issues.

How to Share

1. In the activity, scroll to the field Shared to
2. Click on it and select the Teams from the list
3. Save

The activity is now shared with those teams. 

Remove Sharing (De-escalate)

1. In the activity, scroll to the field Shared to
2. Click on it and deselect the Teams from the list
3. Save

The activity is no longer shared with that Team.
