Create a Goal

Goals are assigned to individuals, and belong within a Team. As you scan through the timeline on Goal List, it's easy to see where a Goal starts and is due to end. To create ensure you have the relevant Team selected and you are in Goals. 

There are 3 ways to Create a Goal

Hover the mouse on the front of a Goal, from inside a Goal or click on the red "New Goal" icon.

Complete the details and SAVE. Details and links can be edited. 

Note: All Goals have a visible Start and a Due Date.

New: The red link button is now featured on Goals. Link a Measure, Raise a new or link an existing A3 or Improvement directly from a Goal, making it quicker to set a strategy and plan the execution. 

The Goal will be listed in the relevant Team's goal list. If it is assigned to you, it will also be listed in your Profile.
